THE SARATOGA TREE HOUSE
This custom tree house was one of the most rewarding projects we have ever done. It was built out of redwood. We incorporated a suspension bridge, reading nooks, a skylight, a slide, a zip line, a trap door, and a walk around deck.

This custom 5,000sqft home located on the golf course of Black Butte Ranch did not disappoint. Our favorite features were the secluded master wing, the glass floor walkway above the entry to get to the second story bedrooms, and the grand vaulted living room.
